I suggest you use DTIC (Defense Technical Information Center) to locate Naval War College JMO thesis papers. This resource is the largest central resource for DoD and government-funded scientific, technical, engineering, and business related information.
In DTIC, I suggested using the Advanced search option:
- Click the "Advanced search" option,
- Add your keywords (nonlinear science) in the “with all of the words” search field
- In the "With exact phrase" search field, enter "Naval War College" to keep the name of the institution together throughout your search strategy.
