DTIC is The Defense Technical Information Center and is the largest central resource for DoD and government-funded scientific, technical, engineering, and business related information. Naval War College JMO student papers that have received a grade of A- and above are sent to DTIC. Student papers from other service schools are sent to DTIC as well.
From a networked computer, select the DTIC online database from the A-Z List of Databases; from off-site, go to http://www.dtic.mil and select Technical Reports from the pull-down search box menu.
