Q. I would like oline access to the library if possible as I hope it will provide benefit in my thesis research. What do I do to request access?

Hello, I am a 2008 CNW graduate currently attending the Peruvian Navy War College Senior Officer Course. Their library and research facility is not quite as robust as Newport. I do not know how much of the library has been made available online but I'm sure it is more then what I have down here and would like to request access for my thesis research.
