Yes, set up an account through Mango on campus, and you should be able to access it anywhere.
You can also create an account with the RI public library sytem: http://www.askri.org/. You need a vaild RI library card to be able to do this.
Just ensure that if you set up an account via the NWC Mango database, it can not be used with the RI public library account.
Two different accounts and tracking where you left off could get confusing if you don't keep them seperate. Choose one.
