STRATFOR, Janes, and ProQuest are all good databases to use. Search STRATFOR using Google's advanced search option until they add a search option on their new page. In ProQuest's advanced search put Libya as a subject term and on the first row and then insurgency OR rebellions on the second row as subject terms.
