These documents are also referred to as Presidential Directives on National Security and National Security Council Intelligence Directives.

A good place to find those issued by President Truman through those promulgated by President George W. Bush is the Digital National Security Archive database. Select the relevant collection.

A good Web site to search is that of the Federation of American Scientists, http://www.fas.org/irp/offdocs/direct.htm.

Note that PDDs, NSDDs, etc. are for the most part classified. What you will generally find are narrative descriptions and briefings, rather than the full text of the directive.
