If the book you want is checked out click on the "Place Hold" button. On the next screen enter your library keytag number. If you do not have a library keytag, please visit the Circulation Desk to request one.
If the book you want is not checked out but not on the shelf first check the catalog record to make sure that you are looking in the correct spot. The library has several collections that are not located downstairs (i.e. the Levy and Brown collections) and books are sometimes put on reserve. Many books are also in storage or in closed stacks areas. If the catalog record indicates that the book should be on the shelf, print out the record and take it to the circulation desk for assistance.
