An excellent source of maps is the University of Texas, Perry-Castaneda Library site where you will find city, country, and regional maps as well as topical maps. The maps are produced by the CIA and may be copied/used without permission of U,S. government.  http://www.lib.utexas.edu/maps/index.html. Additionally, there are hard copy maps in the black cabinets near the windows in the Reference area.
